Written steps
- Grab a cover sticker, rubbing alcohol, a soft cloth, and an old gift card.
- Clean the spot with a little alcohol. Oils and dust are what make stickers peel.
- Let the surface dry completely.
- Line the sticker up over the logo before it touches. It gets less sticky every time you lift it. Then press from the middle outward.
- Run the card across the sticker to push out bubbles.
Curved surfaces: stickers hold best on flat surfaces. On a bottle or mug, a small round sticker is your best bet, and it may still lift over time. Large rectangles wrinkle around a curve. To make a sticker last on drinkware, hand-wash rather than using the dishwasher.
