Every fabric, ink, and glue is different. Test on a hidden spot, go slow, and know that removal can damage an item.

Written steps
- Grab an iron or hair dryer, a plastic scraper, and a fabric-safe adhesive remover.
- Turn the item inside out and heat the back of the logo for 20 to 30 seconds to soften the glue. With an iron, put a thin cloth between the iron and the fabric.
- Turn it right side out. Lift a corner of the vinyl with the scraper and peel slowly while it’s still warm.
- When the vinyl starts to resist or tear, heat it again. Short rounds work better than one long blast.
- Wipe off leftover glue with adhesive remover, then wash the item.
About acetone: it can dissolve stubborn vinyl glue on cotton, but it also dissolves acetate fabric, can strip dye, and is flammable. Test on an inside seam first, work in a ventilated room away from flames, and skip it on synthetics.
